Symptom

A blank or white page is displayed after login credentials are accepted. This may also occur after selecting a two-factor device.

 

Resolution

Are you trying to login while connected to a Cox Communications network? Is your personal network provided by Cox? If so, there is a known problem linked between Cox networks and Duo not displaying or loading. If this is the case, please call Cox's support number, and ask Cox to "reset your gateway". This has been resolving the problem of Duo not loading completely for Cox customers.
