Campus Coordinators
The following individuals act as coordinators for their respective campus digital signs. Any questions related to campus-wide playlists, campus or department content, digital sign communication policies or strategies, or any other content/policy related questions should be directed to:
Users List
If you'd like to share your content with a specific area and would like to find out who manages the playlist for that area, you can check the NU Digital Sign Users spreadsheet.
The users list can also be used by departments to audit who has access to manage their digital sign content and playlists. User account creations and removals must be documented with a Digital Signage Service Request for audit purposes. You can select the current date to request the creation and/or removal for as soon as feasible, or schedule it for a date in the future (like when someone is leaving the department in a few weeks).
Full audits of user accounts are performed twice per year. To be good stewards of the university’s limited resources, we have a limited number of user account licenses and we reserve those for active users. If a user hasn’t logged into the Poppulo Harmony platform for over a year, their account is removed.
Email groups for all active users at each campus are used to communicate important updates to the entire community of stakeholders or to a particular campus as needed. The email groups consist of the same list of active users in the spreadsheet linked above. In order for someone to be included in an email group, they need to have an account on Poppulo Harmony and be an active user (accessing the platform at least once per year).
