Accessing Microsoft Applications on the Web

Objective

Access Microsoft applications (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.) on the web.

• Other users with a University of Nebraska email account

Before You Begin

Before you log into your university email, ensure you have your NUID and TrueYou Password. Your login credentials will be your NUID@nebraska.edu and your TrueYou Password.

Steps

1. In a web browser, go to m365.cloud.microsoft.
2. Type in your NUID@nebraska.edu. Upon pressing the Enter key, the browser window will redirect to the University of Nebraska-System Microsoft login page.

3. Enter your TrueYou password and click Sign in.

4. A DUO Authentication window will appear. Follow the authentication process instructions to complete the authentication.
5. A prompt may appear asking if this is a personal device. Choose the appropriate option.
6. From the left navigation menu, select Apps and then open applications from there.
7. If you wish to pin applications to the left hand navigation for easier access, hover over the application name, click the three dots, then pin. You can drag and drop the order of the navigation.
