Before You Begin

Before attempting to log into your university email, make sure you have your university email (e.g., username@nebraska.edu, @unk.edu, @unl.edu, @unmc.edu, @unomaha.edu) and university email password ready.

Steps

1. In a web browser, go to portal.office.com.
2. Type in your university email (e.g., username@nebraska.edu, @unk.edu, @unl.edu @unmc.edu, @unomaha.edu).
   1. You will be redirected to the Login Page for your specific institution.
3. Type in your university email password.
4. Click Sign in.
5. Approve your DUO Authentication.
6. Select if you are on a personal or shared device.
7. Choose to stay logged in or not.
8. From the far left menu choose the Outlook Icon which is about 1/2 down the page.
   • You will be redirected to your university email account.
