Automatically Send Zoom Cloud Recordings to YuJa

Objective

Set YuJa permissions to automatically upload Zoom Clouding Recordings.

Before You Begin

Logged into Zoom account

Steps

1. Log into YuJa and select your profile icon.
2. Click My Account and Configurations from the menu on the left. 
3. Scroll down to Video Conference Integrations, confirm your Linkage Email and click Send Code. 
4. Open email and copy Verification code. 
5. Paste the Verification code and click Verify Code. 
6. Optional: You can enable Automatic Import to upload your recordings to the Video Platform automatically. If this is not enabled, you'll need to manually select which recordings to upload by clicking the Select button for Import Recordings. 
7. To Automatically Import Zoom recordings, click the Toggle to right of the Disabled. 
8. To individually choose which recordings to import, click the Select button. 
9. Click Save Changes in the Top Right.
