Why would I need access to my old campus account following migration?
After you are migrated, you will be locked out of your campus Microsoft 365 account. The project team understands that there are some items which do not migrate from your campus Microsoft 365 account and you may need to access your account to check on sharing or access/move other items.
How do I get access back to my campus account?
An automated process is available to allow you to get access into your campus account up to 3 times. Access will be set up automatically and after filling out the form you will receive an email. If you try to fill out the form more than 3 times the request will be denied and you will be directed to the Help Center for additional assistance. How long will I be able to access my old account?
Once your access has been restored, you will be able to use your old account until midnight that day.
