Background/Overview

Since users are migrating in waves, there will be a period of time when users that have migrated and users that have not migrated are coexisting and collaborating. During this time, you should follow the process below when using chat in Teams with others.

Procedure

• If you have not migrated, but the person you chat with on Teams has migrated - Enter their NUID@nebraska.edu address.
• If you have migrated, but the person you chat with on Teams has not migrated - Enter their user@campus.edu email address.
