Overview/Background
Huskertech Union space has a bluetooth audio system set up with iPads
Issue Description
If there are disconnects between the iPad/Audio connection and the speakers these are some things to try.
Troubleshooting
Check iPad Bluetooth Connectivity, App playing audio, and output locally.
Check Audio connection to the receiver on the wall in the back room.
Check with Networking for any changes in VLAN for the equipment.
There's an audio equipment rack in the back that is managed by Bizco.
Resolution
If the above troubleshooting steps haven't resolved the issue, they will need to contact Bizco if issues persist, the phone number is on the top of the rack.
