If you are frequently accessing the same Services or Knowledge Base articles, adding them to Favorites makes it much easier to quickly access them.

Steps

Adding Items to your Favorites

  1. Navigate to the Knowledge Base article or Service you wish to add to your Favorites.
  2. Click Add to Favorites.

View your Favorites in TDClient

  1. Open the Service Catalog or Knowledge Base.
  2. Click My Favorites in the secondary toolbar.
