Overview

User Types is a feature in Qualtrics that enables efficient user management for administrators. For UNL students, staff, and faculty, two common user types are available: CoreXM and DesignXM. By default, all UNL users are registered with a CoreXM user type. The DesignXM user type provides users with unlimited access to surveys and responses; however, this user type is available only on request and for a temporary period. 

The following table demonstrates the differences between CoreXM and DesignXM. DesignXM has all permissions in CoreXM PLUS some extras.
