This explains what an AirGroup is and how to set up an AirGroup in the University of Nebraska IoT Portal.

What is an AirGroup

AirGroup enables personal devices like printers or streaming hardware to connect with a computer or mobile device that you have connected to eduroam with your Campus Identity.

Setup an AirGroup in IoT Registration

1. Check the Enable AirGroup Box
2. Select if it is a Personal or Shared Device
   1.  If the IoT device is shared, you will need to provide the Campus Identity without the domain address for other users in your location.
      • Example: jdoe is acceptable, but not (jdoe@nebraska.edu, jdoe@unk.edu, jode@unl.edu, jdoe@unmc.edu,jdoe@unomaha.edu)​​​​
