Installing a printer through Printer Logic

Objective

This article will walk you through the process of logging into Printer Logic, and installing a printer.

Steps

1. Go to https://unebraska.printercloud.com/
2. Click on the Login With TrueYou button.
   
   
3. Web Browser Plugin
4. Adding printers with Vasion print requires a plugin for whatever browser you are using.
5. If you browser doesn’t have the Vasion plugin after you login you will see a message similar to this one
   
   
6. That will take you to this page where you can install the Vasion print extension for the browser you are using, Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
   
   
7. Make sure to Enable or Turn On the extension after it has been added to the web browser.
8. Go to https://unebraska.printercloud.com/ again, login if needed and follow the directions below.

Locating the Printer You Want to Add

1. In the upper right corner of the page you can either search for a printer name or expand the UNL folder and sub folders until, you see the printers for your area.
2. You can only see printers you have permission to print to.
   
   
3. Double click on the printer you want to add to your computer.
4. You will see this prompt:
   
   
    
5. Click Yes, check the default printer box if you want the printer to be the default printer on your computer.
6. You will see a progress box similar to this.
   
   
7. Then a confirmation box.
   
   
8. The printer should now be available to use.
