UNL Academic Technologies offers three different forms of AV service level agreements (SLA). The most basic service is the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). An MOU is on-demand AV support at the normal hourly rate that is billed monthly. A Full Support SLA is an annual agreement that provides both front-line incident response and follow up ticket response. A Tier 3 SLA is ticket followup only. Both types of SLA's include remote monitoring and other forms of preventative maintenance. Below is a current list of agreements.
