How do I view tickets I've submitted in the NU Support Client Portal?

Background / Overview

You can view any ticket or service request that you have previously submitted, regardless of status, through the NU Support Client Portal

Steps

1. Go to https://nusupport.nebraska.edu.

2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner.

3. Sign in with your NUID and TrueYou credentials.

Option 1

1. After signing in, scroll to the bottom of the home page.

2. Click Check Your Tickets.

3. A list of all of your tickets and requests will display, regardless of status.

Option 2

1. After logging in, click Services.

2. Click Ticket Requests.

3. By default, a list of "open" tickets (Status = New, In Process or On Hold) or requests that you have created, or that you are listed as the Requestor or a Contact are displayed. If you would like to see tickets/requests with other statuses, use the Status Class field to select which statuses you would like to see and click Search.
