How to login to NU-GSuite

User Access

You will be assigned a NU-Gsuite address where the netid (netid@nugsuite.nebraska.edu) will match your primary address.

username@campus.edu > username@nugsuite.nebraska.edu

To Access the account:

You will want to use a web browser that you currently are not logged into a personal Gmail account as it will try to pull those credentials. You can also use a Private or Incognito browser.

  • Navigate to drive.google.com
  • Enter your @nugsuite.nebraska.edu address
  • You will be redirected to enter your TrueYou credentials

 

Service Account Access

Generic/Departmental accounts will be addressed for their purpose. An example of this might be the department name, unkbiology@nugsuite.nebraska.edu.

These accounts will be assigned a TrueYou service account identity SP###### and the password will be shared with the user. This password can be reset using the TrueYou password reset tool.

  • Navigate to drive.google.com
  • Enter your sp######@nugsuite.nebraska.edu address
  • You will be redirected to enter TrueYou credentials
  • Once redirected, instead of using your TrueYou identity credentials you will enter the TrueYou service account identity (SP######) and password that you were assigned.
