Logging in with your TrueYou credentials ensures that you are allowed to release pull and secure print jobs, access the Self-service Portal, and receive automatic printer deployments. If you use your TrueYou to sign-in to a device with the client installed, and is configured in the Admin Console, the client will use these credentials and you will be automatically logged into the client. The information below covers manually signing in and out of the client and Self-service Portal when using your TrueYou credentials.
Locate the PrinterLogic client icon in your system tray.
Click on Login with IdP.
