Bypass code and reactivation help
If you have access to the same phone number that was associated with Duo before, you are able to quickly reactivate Duo following the below steps:
- Visit TrueYou Self Service by accessing trueyou.nebraska.edu and clicking the login button located at the top-right.
- When prompted for two-factor, you will be allowed to use phone call or SMS text two-factor methods. You may need to click "other options" for those to populate.
- Once authenticated, choose “Manage TrueYou Two-Factor Devices” option. You will be prompted for two-factor, however SMS or phone call methods should be available.
A Duo Device Management page will populate where you can reactivate a phone or add a new device.
