The Emerging Technologies team has created a formalized process to help identify new technologies faculty/staff are interested in trying or implementing. Please fill out this form if you are interested in an AI tool we don't currently offer at an enterprise level. We will use these submissions as guidance on potential tools to pilot moving forward. Please note: filling out this form does not guarantee we will pilot a certain tool or technology. There are a lot of factors that go into piloting different tools.

Requirements
To successfully complete the application, you will need the following information:
- Tool name
- URL for the tool/company
- Vendor contact information (if applicable)
- A description of what the tool will be used for
- A description of why you want to use the tool
- Which campus(es) the tool is for
- If you intend to implement the tool for a specific class, department, college, or if it can be implemented campus-wide or system-wide
- When you hope to first implement the tool
- If there is a cost for the tool/what is the cost
- If you have funding identified or not
Additional Information
If this tool is chosen for a pilot, members of the pilot will work with the emerging technologies team to identify key success metrics and help evaluate the tool for larger implementation. Please note: each tool implementation may consist of a different strategy and timeline based on information provided and potential risk.
