Exporting MS Planner Data

Background/Overview

Content in MS Planner will not be migrated as part of the Future Ready Cloud Collaboration Workspace project, so if you want to continue using a plan, you will need to export the data out of your old campus tenant before you migrate. This will only export the plan data and you will need to recreate the plan if you want to continue using it. Using the Copy Plan function will not allow you to copy the plan from your old campus tenant to the new nebraska.edu tenant.

Exporting Plan Information to Excel

1. Open Microsoft Planner.

2. Open the plan you want to export.

3. Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the plan name and choose Export plan to Excel.

4. The spreadsheet will download to your machine.
