Media Ready (MR)

This classroom type features a video projection system, sound re-enforcement, and laptop connectivity. No in-room computer is provided (BYOD).

  • Ideal for very small rooms where furnishings that house the equipment would otherwise encroach on seating space

Small Classroom (SCL)

Powerful, easy to use. The small classrooms type features sound re-enforcement, PC, document camera, laptop connection, and Blu-ray player. Watch a Small Classroom video walk through.

  • Push button controls
  • Equipment is remotely monitored to provide the best possible support
  • Zoom-enabled with classroom camera and microphone on classroom PC
  • Lecture capture

Large Classroom (LCL)

All the features of the Small Classroom (SCL) with some additional features designed for larger class sizes.

  • Push button or touch screen controls
  • Independent microphone and source volume control
  • Zoom-enabled with classroom camera and microphone on classroom PC
  • Hearing assistance devices available
  • Lecture capture

Lecture Hall (LH)

The largest General Purpose classroom standard.  All the features of a Large Classroom (LCL), single or dual (DPL) high lumen projection, and advance controls. Watch a Lecture Hall video walk through.

  • Wireless presentation where available

Active Learning Classrooms (ACL)

Configured to maximize active, collaborative learning and multi-modal teaching, in contrast to traditional lecture-style classrooms. 

  • Flat panel display at each pod capable of showing instructor and student content
  • Zoom-enabled with classroom camera and microphone on classroom PC
