How to Enable SMS in Qualtrics

Objective

This article gives step by step tutorial on how to enable SMS in Qualtrics. 

Steps

Step 1: On the homepage of Qualtrics, navigate to Admin tab on the right side of the screen

Step 2: Choose Divisions, look for the Division name, and click on the Division name

Step 3: Choose Survey Platform

Step 4: In the Account Permissions, toggle on SMS distributions and SMS access codes

Step 5: Click on User Types, search and choose user type of your choice

Step 6: Under User types, choose Survey Platform, toggle on indicated options

Step 7: Choose Users, search and choose using user's email

Step 8: Navigate to Survey Platform after searched, toggle on SMS settings

Step 9: Finally, Set the number of SMS allowed for the user
