This article provides tutorial on how to enable automation in Qualtrics.
Steps
Step 1: Under Qualtrics Home page, choose Admin
Step 2: Choose Users, insert user's email, and click on the user name
Step 3: In the popped up window, choose contact and enable the specified settings, click save
