How to fix an incomplete identity.

Anyone with SailPoint privileges.
Before You Begin
When you attempt to reset a password but there is no password to manage, verify the users identity is incomplete by there being no Structured Data and no Application Accounts.

Steps
To fix this:
- Go to the menu and select custom and refresh identity.

- Enter the incomplete identities NUID and select Submit.

- You should now see that there is an application account that you can reset a password for.

NOTE: This is a fix for the user account, but you still need to create a ticket for IAM as this is still an error they need to be aware of.
