Sharing Calendars while in Coexistence

Background/Overview

Since users are migrating in waves, there will be a period of time when users that have migrated and users that have not migrated are coexisting and collaborating. During this time, you should follow the process below when sharing your calendar with others.

Procedure

• If you have not migrated, but the person you're sharing a calendar with has migrated - Enter their NUID@nebraska.edu address.
• If you have migrated, but the person you're sharing a calendar with has not migrated - Enter their user@campus.edu email address.
