You will need to know some basic info about the session you are trying to find
Steps
- Login to Beyond Trust Remote Support via https://nuhelp.nebraska.edu/login
- Click on reports on the left side panel
- Select all the options based on what you are trying to generate a report on.
- Session Is most likely what you are looking for. It will show you a list of all of you sessions and who they were with. It will also let you download past recordings and chat transcripts.
- Summary Report will show you the total amount of sessions and some statistics on the representative’s sessions.
- If you are a manager and are trying to run a report on your team and can’t, Please create a ticket and assign it to
