Description of Error
After logging into the Windows app and EMS, the EMS home screen flashes briefly and then closes, but the EMS icon is displayed in the task bar.
Resolution / Next Steps
1. Press the Shift key and right-click on the EMS icon(s) in the task bar.
2. If there are multiple instances of EMS open, choose Close all windows. All of the EMS icons should close. Log into EMS again.
3. If there is only one instance of EMS open, choose Maximize.
4. The EMS application should open.
