Objective

Access Microsoft applications (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.) on the web.

Before You Begin

For migrated users after Dec. 21st, ensure you have your NUID and TrueYou Password. Your login credentials will be your NUID@nebraska.edu and your TrueYou Password.

For users that have not migrated after Dec. 21st, continue to use your UNL login credentials.

Steps

  1. In a web browser, go to m365.cloud.microsoft.
  2. Type in your NUID@nebraska.edu (migrated) or your UNL login (un-migrated). Upon pressing the Enter key, the browser window will redirect to the Microsoft login page.

  1. Enter your TrueYou password and click Sign in. (Un-migrated users will see the UNL branded login screen, migrated users will see the Office of the President login screen)

  1. A DUO Authentication window will appear. Follow the authentication process instructions to complete the authentication.
  2. A prompt may appear asking if this is a personal device. Choose the appropriate option.
  3. From the left navigation menu, select Apps and then open applications from there.
  4. If you wish to pin applications to the left hand navigation for easier access, hover over the application name, click the three dots, then pin. You can drag and drop the order of the navigation.
