Benefits & Features

Reporting and desktops can be developed to group and display the information in Team Dynamix, either to easily identify and resolve incidents and service requests and also to view metrics about how the system is being used. Numerous reports have been developed by TD Admins to help TDNext users easily find tickets based on different criteria, and grouping of those reports have been created on desktops that are assigned to users.

Eligibility

Reporting and desktops/dashboards are limited to TDX technicians, generally those with IT-related job functions, who have access to the TDNext application. Technicians have access to create their own private reports and desktops. 

Pricing

ITSM and the TeamDynamix product are offered by ITS Client Services as a common good service. There is no cost to use the system.
