The Services catalog in TeamDynamix (TDX) contains information and resources regarding the services and system offered by NU ITS.

Benefits & Features

The Service Catalog can be used as a way to consistently provide information about the services provided by NU ITS to users, along with linking Knowledge Base articles about using the Service and Request forms related to the Service. 

Getting Started

New Services can be requested by using the Service Catalog Request form to the right. Training resources on setting up new Services pages are available in the Knowledge Base.

Eligibility

All NU Support client portal users (all University students, faculty and staff) and Technicians have access to view the Service Catalog. Service Owners have access to edit their service page.

Pricing

ITSM and the TeamDynamix product are offered by ITS Client Services as a common good service. There is no cost to use the system.
