Microsoft 365 Login Change

On July 31st 2024 and August 7th 2024 NU ITS is changing the login process for all Microsoft 365 services. Currently when logging in users are redirected to a local (ADFS) login page. The new process will bypass this step and use a cloud based (Entra ID) login page.

What's Changing?

When logging in via the web, users will notice new branded login pages and a new Duo application on their Duo prompts.

Will I need to do anything?

Once this change is made all users are going to be required to re-authenticate using Duo. If you are using Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile you may need to approve the Duo prompt from within Microsoft Authenticator application.
