PrinterLogic Support Guide

Objective

This article is designed to help technicians open and login to the PrinterLogic Console. 

Users

Designed for any support individual with access to administrate printers in PrinterLogiic

Steps

1. Open you browser and navigate to https://unebraska.printercloud.com
2. If this is the first time you are navigating to this page, you will be asked to install the browser extension. Click Install
3. The web page will navigate to the following screen and you will need to click on Install Extension.
4. Add the extension to your default browser and then navigate back to https://unebraska.printercloud.com 
5. A screen will automatically pop up and ask for you to log in.
6. You will click on TrueYou andit will take you to the SSO and you will need to input your credentials and password.
7. You will then be at the landing page of the PrinterLogic Console. From there you will be able to manage your account and printers.
