Logging in with your IdP credentials ensures that you are allowed to release pull and secure print jobs, access the Self-service Portal, and receive automatic printer deployments. If you use an IdP to sign-in to a device with the client installed, and the IdP is configured in the Admin Console, the client will see those credentials and automatically log you into the client. The PrinterLogic client is a software component installed on your computer that communicates with the PrinterLogic print management system. Once installed, the client checks in regularly with the instance to pull down any changes to settings or installed printers.
