Description of Error
When first logging into the web version of Microsoft or a specific Microsoft Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), you are probably used to seeing a list of recently accessed files. However, during the migration the recently accessed items have been reset and it appears there are no longer any files. Additionally, as part of the migration process to move your files, a campus specific folder was created to capture and move your files. The resolutions below will assist you in locating your files.
Resolution for Recently Accessed Items
- As you begin opening files, the recently accessed list will begin populating across the Microsoft environment.
Resolution for Finding Files
- From your Microsoft OneDrive, you will click My Files.
- Then navigate to and open the folder titled with your campus (UNK, UNO, UNL).

- Your saved migrated files will then appear under this folder.
