Beyond Trust - Installing the Representative Console

Objective

This will walk technicians through the process of logging into the web console of beyond trust. This will allow them to download and install the representative console, as well as perform tasks like searching for old sessions.

• Technicians who have access to beyond trust

Before You Begin

• Be sure that you have requested access, via the service page https://nusupport.nebraska.edu/TDClient/33/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=56

Steps

1. Navigate to https://nuhelp.nebraska.edu/login
2. Select SAML login from the drop down.
3. Login with your TrueYou identity
4. In the top lefthand corner select Consoles & Downloads
5. On the right side of the window Make sure Choose Platform is on the right Operating system and then click the big button Download Representative Console.
