Objective
This will walk technicians through the basic process of connecting to end users to provide support.
Users
Technicians who have completed level 1 or level 2 endpoint training in bridge
Before You Begin
Please make sure you are able to login and have access to the system
Steps
- Login to the representative console on your computer
- Then choose Generate Session Key In the top center of the console

- On this screen you have the option of giving the user the session key so they can enter it into their support button prompt. Or you can send them a direct link to download and join your queue.
