Beyond Trust - Connecting to an End User

Objective

This will walk technicians through the basic process of connecting to end users to provide support.

Users

Technicians who have completed level 1 or level 2 endpoint training in bridge

Before You Begin

Please make sure you are able to login and have access to the system

Steps

  1. Login to the representative console on your computer
  2. Then choose Generate Session Key In the top center of the console
    A red arrow pointing to the button "Session Key" In the top cener area of the representitive console
  3. On this screen you have the option of giving the user the session key so they can enter it into their support button prompt. Or you can send them a direct link to download and join your queue.
