This Article will walk users through the process of Deploying the Beyond Trust support button to their users.

Technicians that have completed endpoint training.
Before You Begin
Decide on how wide of a group the policy should be applied to.
Setting up the Policy
1. Open Jamf and make sure you are in the site you are wanting to create this policy in.
2. Go to Computers > Polices > New.
3. Setup the bulk of the policy with your desired inputs.
4. Under Packages, add NU_BeyondTrust_Support_App.pkg
5. Under Scripts, add NU_BeyondTrust_Support_App_Script
6. Scope the policy to the necessary groups.
7. Save the policy.
