Vasion Print (Formerly PrinterLogic)

PrinterLogic iconVasion Print, formerly known as PrinterLogic, is a cloud-based print management solution that eliminates the need for traditional print servers. It allows IT teams to centrally manage printers while enabling users to install printers themselves through a self-service portal. The platform enhances security with Zero Trust architecture and integrates with identity providers and enterprise systems. It’s designed to support hybrid work environments, reduce IT workload, and improve print efficiency.

Getting Started

Information Technology Services and Distributed IT areas are currently in transition from previous legacy print servers to VasionPrint as part of the FRCCW project. You may not currently be setup yet to use VasionPrint

Log into the new Print System, PrinterLogic, with your TrueYou Credentials
Logging in with your IdP credentials ensures that you are allowed to release pull and secure print jobs, access the Self-service Portal, and receive automatic printer deployments. If you use an IdP to sign-in to a device with the client installed, and the IdP is configured in the Admin Console, the client will see those credentials and automatically log you into the client.
